GO! FOR A STAR! (QOV BLOG HOP)

Spring has sprung and we're busy as all get out around here!  There's a great blog hop coming up next week, though, that I'm sure you'll want to check out. And there are prizes!

QOVs are Quilts of Valor- have you heard of them?  Quilters all over the country work together to ensure that every injured soldier gets a Quilt of Valor.  Some people piece the tops, others do the quilting.  QOV is a great project that unites all us quilters while sharing our love with our soldiers who have given their all for our freedoms.

Here are the blogs participating:

 the list of bloggers:
April 3: Gene Black, an Alabama Artist and Quilter

April 4: Marjorie’s Quilting Bee – will also be Blogger Spotlight for Accuquilt on April 4.http://b-quilts.com/blog
April 6: Linda Alexander

The picture above reminds me of 1 of the QOVs I quilted once.  it was pieced by a lady who lived in Norman, OK at the time. Now she lives in Alaska. Diane Miller- Miss you!
