The other day, I showed a "sneak peek" of an embroidered quilt I was working on. It's finished and returned to its owner and actually, today, it's wrapped and on its way to a new owner at college!
It's quite pretty and there was a LOT of cross-stitch done by Beverley McMillan.

| The top layer is a fine embroidery fabric so I used a layer of MODA Puzzle Pieces white under it, then the batting, then the backing which is a purple print (MODA) by Me-n-My-Sister Designs. |

| It's bound with the background fabric. The purple & white pirnt makes a mottled border that kinda looks like more embroidery. It doesn't speak loudly, yet it finishes the quilt. |
